AGM - Hosted at Panthers Port Macquarie
The 2017 Ulysses Club Annual General Meeting will be hosted at Panthers Port Macquarie, cnr Park & Bay Streets, Port Macquarie, New South Wales (the club is located adjacent to Settlement City shopping centre) commencing at 1.00 pm Saturday the 27th of May, 2017.  All members attending are requested to be seated no later than 12.30 pm for commencement promptly at 1.00 pm.
MEALS & ENTERTAINMENT

Please note: for catering purposes, Registrations for members wishing to attend the Tuesday and/or Saturday evening dinners must must be received no later than Friday 12 May 2017.


On Tuesday evening (23rd May) the event will officially kick off in the Big Top with a tribute to Colonial Days with a fabulous meal prepared and plated by our high quality caterer.  It will be a casual affair where members are invited to dress according to the evening’s theme – “Convicts and Wenches”. 


Tuesday night menu:
Fresh Baked Damper, (GF options available)
Chicken Mignon with native Herbs (G
F)
Steamed Chat Potatoes (GF)
Hot Buttered Corn on the cob (GF)
Warrigal Spinach and assorted greens salad (GF)

The evenings entertainment will be provided by Lawrie and Shelley Minson and their Honky Tonk  Country Rock Band.

The Newly elected National Committee will be introduced to the members at the official event dinner in the Big Top on Saturday night. (27th May). Dinner will be a two course meal and members are invited to dress for the evening’s theme “The Governor’s Ball”.

Saturday night menu:
Fresh Baked Breads (GF Options available) & Butter
Slow cooked beef sirloin or scotch fillet with prawns in a lemon myrtle sauce (GF)
Steamed green vegetables (GF)
Roast Potatoes (GF)
Dessert - Individual box of petit fours per person, including – choc pecan truffle ball (GF), Macadamia Tart, Apple Almond Cake (GF), Vickers Rum and Raisin Fudge.

The programme for the evening will include the drawing of the QBE Insurance policies as well as the drawing of 10 x $50 Caltex Fuel Vouchers being donated by the Hastings Co-op. The main entertainment on Saturday is by the Big Bang Band from Newcastle.

Free buses will operate Tuesday & Saturday nights for pick-up & drop off within the Port Macquarie-Wauchope area. You must indicate on your registration form your accommodation address if intending to take advantage of this service. The most practical bus route will be defined once we know all address locations and we will do our best to transport the majority of members to and from the main event site. If the final route doesn’t go right past your front door you may have to make your way to the pick-up point closest to your location.
